TRAININGS & LECTURES
We conduct regular training courses on our main areas of work and give workshops and lectures. We cover a wide range of formats - from small discussions to large conferences. Our presentations are aimed at everyone: specialists such as lawyers and consultants, but also interested people.
You are welcome to send us enquiries - we look forward to reporting on our work, presenting developments in the Common European Asylum System or providing training on specific legal issues.
Our lectures and training sessions also serve to draw attention to the situation in the hotspots and elsewhere. They should also be multipliers of expertise. On this page you will find some of our presentations.

ON LITIGATION: FOR LAWYERS
On Friday, 31 August 2018, the Research Centre for Migration Law (Forschungsstelle Migrationsrecht), in cooperation with Diakonie Deutschland, organised a training course on the subject of family reunification, which focused on the requirements and procedures for family reunion under the Dublin III Regulation. Robert and lawyer (and member of our advisory board) Dr. Hannah Tewocht, gave an overview of the practice-relevant issues in the field of family reunification under the Dublin III Regulation as well as for beneficiaries of subsidiary protection under § 36a of the Residence Act. In addition to the legal basics, questions of legal protection were also addressed and discussed with the participants.
