SUPPORT US

As a non-profit organization, we depend donations. And costs lurk everywhere, be it court fees, printing costs or simply the salaries of our translators who work around the clock. We guarantee that every donation, no matter how much, is spent on what is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of our work: reuniting families in Europe, providing qualified legal advice to asylum seekers in EU hotspots in Greece, and defending inalienable human rights.

You can support us with an individual donation or by becoming a sustaining member.

Together with PRO ASYL, we have created a "blueprint" for a lawsuit for the enabling of family unity. It is applicable for cases in which a family reunion is unlawfully not taking place  - although Germany has already accepted the take-charge request - and the six-month deadline of Art. 29 Dublin III Regulation is about to expire.

In such cases, successful action has been taken against delays in family reunification. The Adminstrative Court Wiesbaden obliged the BAMF with its express decision of 15 September 2017  to allow the entry of the family members of a minor Syrian refugee from Greece within the transfer period.

Our blueprint lawsuit is available on the website of the Informationsverbund Asyl & Migration with all necessary assistance and corresponding instructions.
